Rollin Karg studied hot glass at Emporia State University. Many changes have taken place in his artistic direction since he came to Wichita over twenty years ago. Rollin has served as President of the Wichita Sedgwick County Arts Council and has had one man shows at Carnegie Art Center in Dodge City (Kansas), Ariana Gallery (Royal Oak, Missouri), Prestige Art Gallery (Skokie, Illinois), and four major shows at Forsberg Gallery (Lindsborg, Kansas), just to mention a few.
Rollin has been a professional glass artist for eighteen years in Wichita, Kansas. His career has included numerous one man shows from 1996 until 1984. He has displayed at Carnegie Art Center in Dodge City Kansas; Ariana Gallery, Royal Oak, Missouri; Prestige Art Gallery, Skokie, Illinois; Forsberg Gallery, Lindsborg, Kansas; United American Bank, Wichita, Kansas and many, many more.
Rollin is an active participant in group exhibitions, too. He has participated in major, juried shows such as the Annual Philadelphia Art Show, Rochester, New York and has won awards in over nine states across the United States. Rollin's work can be found in over 300 galleries, museum shops and private collections across the country.
